Delete Account
This page explains how to delete your account in a Defusion Studio game. Once deleted, it can’t be recovered.
Delete in the game
Open the game and delete your account in Account Settings.
Your account and data will be fully deleted within 30 days, including backups.
Request by email
You don’t need to reinstall the game. Email the address below from the Google account you use to sign in to the game, and include your team name.
support@defusionstudio.com
Request by EmailWe’ll find your account using the Google account you emailed from, then delete it. Your account and data will be fully deleted within 30 days, including backups.
If you didn’t agree to share your Google account
We don’t have your Google account, so we can only find you by team name. Email the same address above with your current team name. Here’s what happens next:
- We send a notice to that account in the game: someone has requested deletion, taking effect in 30 days.
- If no one taps “Cancel” within those 30 days, the account is deleted, and its data is fully deleted within 30 days, including backups.
Why wait 30 days? Team names are public, so anyone could email us using someone else’s team name. This gives the real owner time to see the notice and cancel a request they didn’t make.
Data we delete
Everything linked to your account:
- Your account: the ID and name used to sign in, and your Google account email (if you agreed to share it)
- Your team: team name, players, lineup, training, and record
- The ID used for push notifications, and your device’s language and time zone
Data we keep
- Connection logs (IP address and time): not deleted separately; they clear automatically after about 30 days.
- If you request by email, we keep that email as a record of your request.
- Aggregated statistics that can’t identify you (for example, how many people play each day).
This deletes only your game account. Your Google account is not affected.
